1.1 Non-Refundable Subscriptions: All subscription payments (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once access to our services has been provided. This applies whether you use the service or not during your subscription period.
1.2 Digital Product Nature: As our IPTV service is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use the service.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We may offer refunds or credits under the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Prolonged Service Failure:
  • If our servers are unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues within our control (e.g., server outages not caused by third-party providers or your internet connection), you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • The refund will be proportional to the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 20% processing fee.
  • Example: If you paid £30 for a 30-day subscription and the service is down for 10 days, you may receive a refund of £6 (10/30 of £30, less 20% fee).
    2.2 Trial Period:
  • If we offer a free trial (e.g., 24 hours), no payment is required, and therefore no refunds apply. If you proceed to a paid subscription after the trial, the standard no-refund policy takes effect.
    2.3 Non-Delivery of Service:
  • If you are unable to access our service due to an error on our part (e.g., failure to provide login credentials after payment), and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may request a full refund.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

3.1 User-Side Issues: Problems caused by your internet connection, device compatibility, or ISP restrictions (e.g., IPTV blocking).
3.2 Content Preferences: Disliking the available channels, VOD titles, or EPG updates, as content may change without notice.
3.3 Account Misuse: Violation of our Terms and Conditions, such as sharing login details or exceeding device connection limits, resulting in account suspension.
3.4 Third-Party Issues: Downtime or interruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., payment processors, content providers).

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund:

  • Include your full name, subscription details (e.g., order number), and a brief explanation of the issue.
    4.2 Processing Time:
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
    4.3 Verification: We may request additional information (e.g., screenshots of errors) to verify your claim before approving a refund.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@streampulsetv.com. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing cycle.
5.2 Auto-Renewal: If your subscription auto-renews, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. No refunds will be issued for auto-renewed subscriptions.

6.1 Compliance: This refund policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, as a digital service provided immediately upon purchase, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you begin using the service.
